4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access pej58 services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Each User is permitted to register only one Account. Creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pej58 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identity and comply with regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months)

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pej58 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You may only deposit Funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pej58 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from third-party sources and may suspend or terminate your Account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Typical processing times are:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 15 minutes to 1 hour
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 1 to 6 hours
• Other banks: 6 to 24 hours

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal security reviews. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process. pej58 reserves the right to request proof of deposit source or additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests may be denied if you have active bonus wagering requirements, if your Account is under investigation, or if you have violated these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Fees

pej58 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pej58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration dates, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits during wagering.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before requesting a withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from bonus activation.

Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. pej58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including creating multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers, will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.2 Prohibited Activities

7.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

In the event of obvious errors (palpable errors in odds, game results, or payouts), pej58 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct your Account balance.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, pej58, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds, winnings, or profits

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results or displayed information
• Actions of third-party payment processors or banking institutions
• Suspension or termination of your Account for violation of these Terms & Conditions

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Funds. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.2 Suspension by pej58

pej58 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes
• We determine that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to pej58 or other Users
• You are found to have multiple Accounts
• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 7.2

Upon Account termination for violation of these Terms & Conditions, pej58 may confiscate all Funds, including deposits and winnings, and you forfeit any right to compensation or refund.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of pej58 services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact pej58 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to our support team detailing the nature of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will review your complaint and respond within 14 business days.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after formal complaint procedures, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against pej58.
